Protective fences are fences that are installed outside the driver's control along any side of the road or in the middle space required to reduce damage to vehicles.
Rail guard is a group of semi-rigid protective fences that are installed on metal bases. The components of the rail guard produced by Paydar Industrial Group are:
1- Rail guard shield: ST-37 steel produced by Mobarakeh Steel Company of Isfahan with standard yield strength and thickness of 3 mm with a length of 417 cm and roll forming method. The useful length of the shield is 381 cm and its useful width is 33 cm.
Shield perforation is done by automatic punching machine in two rounds and slides. After re-production, the thickness of at least 65 microns is heated under ASTM galvanized standard, and at the request of the buyer, it can be supplied with electrostatic paint coating in any color.
- Beam base or studs: Rail guard base is made of 10, 12 and 14 grade beams or studs made of bent sheet with a length of 150 cm and after guillotine, it is perforated by Panj machine with a stainless steel layer and then silver paint. Covered, the possibility of hot-dip galvanizing the bases according to their location in terms of geographical location, is provided at the request of the buyer.
3- Spacebar (shock absorber): In the new system of the Ministry of Roads and Transportation, the beam base is first connected to the shock absorber and then the shock absorber is connected to the shield to minimize the impact of the car by the shock absorber.
The shock absorber is made of ST-37 steel with the same shield yield resistance, which is covered with hot or cold galvanized method after production at the customer's request.
4- Bumper head or first pickup: Made of ST-37 steel with a thickness of 3 mm with hot galvanized coating, which is initially connected to the pickup and the cut line of the installation line on the bumpers.
5- Night view: This piece is produced unilaterally or bilaterally from ST-37 galvanized steel sheet and is connected to the required number in the installation path in place instead of straps.
6- Bolts and nuts: Bolts and nuts are used to connect the shield to the bumper and the bumper to the base, as well as to connect consecutive shields to each other. Hot and cold can be supplied.
All the above parts are being produced in the factories of Ghaem Steel Industrial Group under the approval of the Ministry of Roads and Transportation. Meanwhile, the installation group of this company is ready to install and deliver rail guard lines in all regions of the country.
